1. In the app (immediate)
- Open WildLife and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Tap Profile at the bottom, then Settings.
- In the Account section tap Delete account and confirm.
- If you signed in a long time ago, for your safety the app will ask you to sign in again before continuing.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
2. By email (without the app)
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to info@starlyware.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "WildLife - Account deletion". If you signed in with Google, write from the linked Gmail address.
We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of the request and let you know by email when it is done.
3. Data That Is Deleted
- Sign-in account (email, password or Google link)
- Profile: name and photo
- Recorded visits, position of the last check-in, points, level and badges
- Journal with all its photos and trip plans
- Suggestions sent and app rating
- "Supporter" purchase data and nature recognition counter
4. Data That Is Kept
- Accounts suspended for violations: email, name, date and reason of the suspension may be kept to prevent further abuse.
- Log of administrative operations: up to 24 months, for security.
- Internal moderation notes: kept as long as needed to protect the community and to handle disputes, then deleted.
- Server technical logs: normally 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Reports of recognition answers you sent: kept without any link to your account (text of the answer, reason and note).
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
- Google Play orders: kept by Google according to its legal obligations. Deleting the account does not cancel or refund purchases.
5. Deleting Only Some Data
You can delete single journal entries and single plans directly in the app, and change your profile name and photo, without deleting your account. For any other request write to info@starlyware.com.
